The management team at River Oaks uses their diverse backgrounds stretched from Miami to Athens Greece, to create a well-rounded and unique dining experience.

By way of Athens, Greece Andreas Kariminas makes his home in Memphis as the Maitre' de of River Oaks Restaurant. Kariminas gained most of his experience working as the Food and Beverage director in a few of New York City's top hotels. His 21 year stay in New York City taught him the science of flawless service and the essentials of guest satisfaction. With an extensive knowledge of wine, Karaminas developed a wine list for River Oaks with over 300 wines by the bottle and 75 wines by the glass.

The management team uses their education, regional influences, and experience to make up the foundation of River Oaks Restaurant.
