The first course and pairing of this set menu is courtesy of Renaldo Alfonso of the famous Chez Phillipe, with the entreé and accompanying wine brought to you by Chef Kelly English of Restaurant Iris. Chef José will complete the meal with a selection of one of his favorite desserts.
